"Beautiful place amongst the lake and mountains. it is a little way away from Annecy but with a car it is only 5 minutes away. Beautiful beaches nearby.
The house itself is absolutely gorgeous, modern and perfect for 2 couples. The terrace is obviously the highlight, but everything else is top of the range specs.

The location is very quiet, in the middle of nature yet close to Annecy town center.
The chalet is superb, perched high above the lake. The view is sublime!

Has everything you'd need, and the views out over the lake and mountains are even better than the pictures show. Patricia was a fantastic host and lived nearby so was available if needed. "The accommodation is a 30-minute walk from the historic center which is perfect if you are coming for festivities and avoids taking the car.
The house despite its proximity to the city offers a setting out of time and stress, it's simply beautiful. Especially the terrace (perfect for morning coffee 😊).
The kitchen is very well equipped with top-of-the-range equipment, so you feel right at home cooking.
Last but not least, Patricia is a lovely person with good advice - I highly recommend her!"
